I met Peter & Anne about 30 years ago what a great 30 years it's been highs and lows we have been through together as my now 2nd family. Anton and Simon my brothers from another mother your an absolute credit to Peter and Anne. Peter Thank you for being the wise man you were kind, caring and always thoughtful and good advice after a few Roadies with dad ( Neville) We hope dad is showing you around up there in Heaven and by now your having a few beverages and talking over old times. Fly well Peter you will be sorely missed ???? The Howdytromps, Tracey Sonia Javarn Breesha xxxx
Peter was my first host family when I went to New Zealand in 2001! He taught me a lot about the Napier culture and he gave me a lot to read ????
He was a fine gentleman who left me with beautiful and enriching memories!
I send my respectful condolences to the family.
I met Peter and Ann 30 years ago as his parents and my parents became acquaintances and then good friends. I was a young Mum and subsequently started my Nursing Degree at EIT. They supported me by offering me a weekly cleaning job. I found Peter to be a gentle giant, he could be abrupt and direct and was a man of few words, until he’d had a whiskey or two. Then the laughter flowed! He was very intelligent and very technical. He read a lot. Rest easy Peter. Love, Cindy and Family.
