On 11 August 2015, peacefully at Hastings Hospital, with family by his side. Aged 75 years. 

Dearly loved husband of the late Helen. 

Much loved father, and father-in-law of Isobel, Angus and Aiden.

Adored Pops of Marty and Helena.

Loved brother and brother-in-law of Ewan and Cynthia.

Loved friend of Maxine and many, many more.

Devoted citizen of Napier. His contribution, over decades,

has made his family enormously proud .

Special thanks from all the family to the staff at Hastings Hospital who were so kind in his last days.

A celebration of Robert's life was held at The Municipal Theatre, Tennyson Street, Napier, on Monday, 17 August, 2015 at 11:00am. Art Deco attire was positively displayed. Private cremation thereafter.
