David left to join his beloved Dine (Diana) surrounded by multi-generations of his family.

Darling Dad and Father-In-Law of Gill & Allan Howes, Rick & Leonie Etheridge, Sally Whitaker, Kirsty Ethynes & Janis Bowker, and Marnie & Barry Fowler.

A much loved Grandfather and Great-Grandfather.

A service will be held at All Saints Anglican Church, Church Road, Taradale at 10:30am Thursday 24 th  Sept 2026.

David Etheridge. So many memories, so many discussions about family, about friendships, about business in particular and worldly problems.
Numerous times we put the world to right over a brandy or 3 – if only they had listened!
A friendship going back around 55 years. We will miss your visits.

Deepest condolences to all the family. Uncle David and Aunty Di always opened their home on the Hill to us with such warmth, and I’ll never forget the happy days spent playing in their pool. Thinking of you all today as you remember Uncle David. Rest in peace.
