On July 4, 2025 Lynne passed away peacefully with her treasured daughter Hayley by her side.
Dearly loved wife of the late Peter. Stepmother to Warren, Ian, and Owen. Loved sister of Ian and Joanne Pirie.

A celebration of Lynne’s life will be held in the Taradale Town Hall, Gloucester Street, Taradale on Friday July 11, 2025 at 11am, followed by interment at Western Hills Cemetery.

Sorry to hear Lynne has passed over the rainbow bridge. To you Hayley big hug, Mum will never be far away. You can talk to her anytime. This can ease the time of grief. Lynne was a special person knowing her best through Rotary. We became friends and am sorry I was not able to come today.Wo

Although I cant be there in person to say goodbye my heart is with you all, especially Hayley who's just lost her beautiful mum and best friend.
Lynne was such a very special sole. She had a kindness that you felt instantly, she made people feel seen, welcomed and compelely at ease. I think that everyone that knew Lynne, would agree that the memories they share of her are good ones because she was just so nice!
One of the most special things was the bond Lynne and Hayley shared. They weren't just mum and daughter, they were best friends who's connection was full of love, laughter, joy, respect and mutual support.
Lynne has passed on so many wonderful qualities to Hayley, her warmth, strength and kindness. You can see her shining in the amazing person Hayley is today and I know those parts of Lynne will always live on through her.
Rest peacefully Lynne, you touched so many hearts and will never be forgotten.
