Loved husband of the late Sally. Dearly loved father of Heika, Danny, Renee and cherished Poppa to Freya, and Amina. Loved son, brother and uncle.

A celebration of Dave’s life was held at the Trinity Methodist Church, Clive Square East, Napier, on Thursday 25 January 2024 at 1pm followed by burial at Western Hills Cemetery. To leave a tribute to Dave or a message for his family, via www.dunstalls.co.nz  or C/o PO Box 1055, Napier, 4140.

My best friend, I miss you and our weekly, sometimes daily visits, we could talk about anything, have a laugh, I.didn't know you at your final end, I never got to say. 'goodbye' and that hurts the most. You were a loyal, caring, loving, solid friend, I will miss and love you forever, and I will see you on the other side. Utterly heart broken.

Dave (Shagga) You were a great friend and I will always remember the many times we shared in Naenae in the garage preparing the Street Stock for the weekends racing or working on another car or project. The quality of the work you did and attention to detail was always spot on. I know you will be missed by many friends and family and alway be in our hearts. RIP Mate

losing you is heart breaking still cant believe you have gone will leave a huge hole in our lives one in a million no amount of words can describe who you are the most precious person always there for everyone so many great memories to cherish live wont be the same now but back with the love of your life sally mum and dad and patrick our much loved cousin we will think of you every day dave now at peace no more suffering
