FOSTER, John George

Passed away peacefully in Hospital surrounded by his family on Thursday 16 November 2023.

Much loved husband of Colleen for 61 years.

Loved dad of Ashley and Arlene, and Megan.

Cherished grandad of Joshua, Bradley, Ria (deceased), Cheyne, and Kage.

A service to celebrate John’s life was held at The Hastings Crematorium Chapel on Monday 20 November at 1pm. In lieu of flowers donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated and may be left at  www.cancer.org.nz Messages to the Foster Family may be sent to PO Box 1055, Napier 4140

  

Great mate of Paul since meeting John at Oznam House in 2012. Bi-weekly phone calls have sadly come to an end and no more sport match dissection, challenge and banter! We know John suffered in these last few weeks and commend him on his departure. We have had so much fun with John & Colleen over the years and will treasure these memories for a long time to come. Sorry we can’t be with you on Monday and farewell this great man sending all our love to you all. Paul & Liz x New Plymouth
