Passed suddenly at home.

Beloved son of Apera (deceased) and Moepai, father of Michelle, and Emma-Marie, grandfather of Ruby-Jo; Jasmine, and Emily, and great grandfather of Soren. Loved brother of Teariki, Poko, Kura (deceased), James (deceased), Tuakana, Manu, Rangi, Tangi, Mautara (deceased) and Teivirau. Loved by all his nieces and nephews. Loved and respected by Kay and her extended family.

A celebration of Colin’s life was held at the Dunstall Memorial Chapel, Edwardes Street, Napier on Saturday 19 August 2023 at 10am followed by private cremation.

Dear Kay. Please accept my condolences on the loss of Colin. I write as his Manager at HBSS over a number oy years. Colin was a loyal, reliable and most competent stevedore supported by a loving wife and family.I pray that you will have strength and strong support through these difficult days and that you will come through and arrive at a point where you can enjoy loving memories of your man.
