Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family.
Loving mother of Rachael, Peter and Kate. Sister to Charlotte. Much loved aunty to Carol and Paul. Gummy to Eden, Jack Oliver and Max
A service for Jan will be held at St Andrews Anglican Church, 110 Charles Street, Westshore, on Tuesday 8 th April 2023 at 11am followed by a private cremation.
In Lieu of flowers, a donation to Leukemia and Blood Cancer NZ in Jan’s name will be appreciated.
