Passed away peacefully at the Hawkes Bay Memorial Hospital.

Loving husband of Joy Moreen.

Amazing father to Merrilyn, Jennifer, Alison, Glenys, Deborah, and Lauren.

Grandfather and great-grandfather to many.

Returned soldier of the 25 th Battalion.

A Service was held at All Saints Anglican Church, Church Road, Taradale on Tuesday 25 October 2022 at 11am.

Morris you were a true treasure and it was an absolute honour and pleasure to be a part of your care team at Waverley House. You were fiercely independent in your 100th year and that got you in the pickle a few times. You can Rest Easy now young man. Condolences & love to Morris’s family. Dear Granddad,
For as long as I can remember I have looked up to and respected you. What a strong, charismatic and proud man you were. A true patriarch to our large family.
Family gatherings are never going to be the same without you.
You led a very long and amazing life. We will all miss your incredible stories.
