Much loved, treasured mum of Philip and Theresa, Janet and Richard Bennett. Adored Nan of Elise, Hayley, Erin, Kali, and Brydee. Great Nan to Knox, Pax, and Tait.

A beautiful soul at peace at last.

Special thanks to Kerry and Andrea for their cares of Betty over many years.

A celebration of Betty’s life was held on Friday 16 July 2021 at 1pm at the Napier Sailing Club, 63 West Quay, Ahuriri, Napier.

I met Bette through my very dear friend Rosemary-well,through her mun,Connie Bigwood,initially.I enjoyed the time I spent with her at Institute meetings and at her home. She was an amazing woman-strong, quick-witted,erudite and with a wonderfully wicked sense of humour.Her family were everything to her but she enjoyed her friendships as well.Bette, they have an endless supply of chocolate fish in heaven.Arohanui,Fiona.
