Passed away at home with Janice by him.

Dearly loved husband of Janice. Stepfather to Lisa and stepfather-in-law to Johnny, Grandad to Alastair and Kirsty. Father to John-Paul (AUS).

A funeral for John will be held in the Dunstall Memorial Chapel, Edwardes Street, Napier on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at 2.30pm followed by private cremation.

Hello JB, I met you back in the 70`s when I moved to Australia to live with Ray Henwood..(Chookie they all called him) Surfers Paradise, you both were builders, i tell ya, you could build a house in 6 weeks then move on to the next one..you had this long beard I remember and handsome to boot. I then moved to England, but every time i returned home we would meet up, couldn`t wait to catch up with you at the RSA in Taradale, lots of laughs...you were Arthurs best man at our wedding in 1996..i will miss our chats my very dear friend, sleep well...Love You xxx
