Dearly loved husband of Pat. Much loved father of Deborah, Craig, Dianne (deceased), Kathryn (deceased), Rachel and father-in-law of Geoff, Neil, and Jonathan. Adored Poppa to all his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A special thanks to the staff of Ward 4, HB Regional Hospital and Atawhai for their care.

A funeral service for Alan was held at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Munroe Street, Napier on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 11am followed by private cremation.

Thinking of you and the family at this tough time. I smile everytime I think back to the many times we caught up with Alan at family gatherings and as you were on route to syndicate dinners. We will miss him dearly.
