On Friday morning Mike passed away in the wonderful care of Cranford Hospice with his loving partner Gail Quate by his side.
Gail and family would like to sincerely thank all the Dialysis Doctors, Nurses, staff and fellow patients for their care and support over the last few years. Mike will be greatly missed by his dogs Chi and Luca and Sophie the cat. In accordance with Mike’s wishes a private cremation has taken place.
