Passed away peacefully at Hawkes Bay hospital, aged 63 years, surrounded by his family. Loved eldest son of the late Benny and Zena Bowman. Special dad to Janna, Krystal, and Amanda. Loved brother to David (deceased), Elizabeth, Karen, Glenn, Ross (deceased), Keith (deceased), Susan, Julie, and Kevin. Special friend to Myra. Much loved by his five grandchildren, and all his nieces and nephews.

A celebration of John’s life was held in the Dunstall Memorial Chapel, Edwardes St. Napier, on Saturday, July 15, at 2.00pm. A tribute to John or messages to his family can be left at www.dunstalls.co.nz or C/- PO Box 1055, Napier, 4140.

You will be sadly missed John. We loved having our get together at Christmas. Your awesome sense of humour. To the family my love an thoughts are with at this hard time.
