Passed peacefully at Elmwood Private Hospital with Di by his side on 23 June 2017.
Loved by Di; Lynette and Brent, and William J; Chris J, Nick J and Brittany, and Cohen J, and Sara, and Lukas J. A friend to many.
A special thank you to all the staff at Elmwood for their care of Jack.
A celebration of Jack’s life was held at the Napier Technical Sports Clubrooms, Barker Road, Marewa, Napier on Thursday, June 29, 2017 at 2.00pm followed by private interment.
Patron and Life Member of the Napier Tech Cricket Club to the very end.
