Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on April 20, 2017 at Hampton Court Resthome . Dearly loved wife of Tim. Treasured mother and mother-in-law of Stephen and Louise, Michelle and Brian Gare and Melanie and Kevin Squires. Cherished Gran of Brenna, Lachlan, Mackenzie, Emerson and Quillan.

A Celebration of Mandy’s life will be held at The Baptist Church, Riverbend Road, Napier on Wednesday April 26, 2017 at 11am. Followed by interment at the Western Hills Cemetery. Tributes may be left at our website www.dunstalls.co.nz or posted to the Waugh Family, c/- PO Box 1055, Napier 4140.
