Passed away peacefully at home on March 6, 2017, after a short illness. Dearly loved mother and mother in law of Cheryl and Wayne Vibert, and Wendy and Bevan Painter. Much loved Nana to Paul, Dean, Kent, and Kim, and greatly loved GG to her eight great-grandchildren.

Treasured and much loved sister and sister in law of David Lett, Dawn Morgan (Australia), Marlene and Allan Austin, Barry Lett and Ree Anderson, Beverley and Bill Angland, Selwyn Lett and Angie Ward, and loved aunt to all her nieces and nephews.

Although you have gone you will never be forgotten.

A service to celebrate Joy’s life was held at the Napier RSA, 34 Vautier St, Napier on Saturday. March 11, at 2.00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Poppy Fund can be left at the Napier RSA. neighbour at 25 Wordsworth Cres; Sorry I could not be at the service as I am not a well man myself. You can be very proud of your Mum who served her country, raised a family, was a decent person whom I used to speak with at the RSA and rose to become Vice-President of the RSA.
