Quietly passed away surrounded by his family at Summerset Retirement Village on May 7, 2016 aged 94.
Loved Husband of the late Leonie Drury. Treasured Father and Father in Law of Tony and Lesley, Margaret and Anthony Hiko, and Pippa and Mike Lintott. He will be sadly missed by his Grandchildren, Grant and Kate, Sheree and Maia, Matthew and Lucy, Christopher and Claudine (London), Patrick and Nicki and Great Grandchildren, Ashleigh, Annalyssa, Maia, Keisha, Lachie, Spencer, Van and Flynn. Fond Uncle of Barry and Heather Thompson (Dunedin).
A Requiem Mass to celebrate Maurice’s life will be held at St Patricks Catholic Church, Munroe Street, Napier on Wednesday May 11, 2016 at 10.30am. For this community, this will be the Mass for that day. Followed by interment at the Western Hills Lawn Cemetery. Rosary will be recited in the church Tuesday evening at 7pm.
