Suddenly at Summerset In The Bay on May 1st.2016
Dearly loved son of the late Alex and Bessie, loved father and father in law of Dean and Anne, Glen and Melanie, Jason ad Raeleen, and the late Sharon Anne, also the late Julia, mother of the children, loved pop of all his Grandchildren and his Great Grandaughter, loved brother and brother in law of Susan and Ted(deceased), Alwyn and Colleen, and the late Dick, Peggy, Betty, Alexa and Terry, a loved Uncle.
“Farewell my children,
My life has passed.
I dearly loved you
Until the last.
Weep not for me,
No sorrow take,
But please love each
Other for my sake."
A service for Gerald was held in the Dunstall Memorial Chapel Edwardes Street, Napier, on Saturday 7 May 2016 at 10.30 a.m. followed by interment at the Western Hills Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Parkinsonism Society of HB Inc. may be posted to P O Box 7042 Taradale, Napier 4141.

Only time can keep us apart now, my love for you Dad is forever, your strength, dignity, loyalty and commitment is embedded in me until my last breath. My wonderful childhood and lasting adult relationship with you will never be forgotten. Thank you for being my father, I will never forget you Dad. Your son Jason.

It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to our loving Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. Your outgoing spirit filled our lives with happy times and wonderful memories. Rest now, hold your daughter Sharon in heaven. Love always and forever.
