On 19-10-2015 at Hawkes Bay Hospital. (Formally of Bay View). Loving husband for 68 years of the late Betty. Loved father to Chris and Nola (Brisbane). Ian, and Paul. Loved grandfather of his 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

A service for Jack was held at The Dunstall Memorial Chapel, Edwardes Street Napier on Thursday, October 22 2015 at 11am. Followed by a private cremation.
