DEVINE, Brian John.

God took him peacefully in his own home early Monday morning.

Much loved husband of Denny and much loved father and father-in-law of Sally, Andrew and Sharon, Simon and the late Bev and special friend Chrissy, Nicholas, Alex and Sandra, Brigid and Dean.

Much cherished grandfather and great grandfather of Stormey, Alix and Daniel, Jasmin, Annabelle, Dominique, Te Rangi O te Ora, Jessica, Marcus, Garnett and Chrissy, James, Rebecca, Jasmin, Ashley, Te Aniwaniwa, Marino, Sky, Joseph, Zeppelin, Boh, Maia and Ngawini.

Loving brother and brother-in-law to Violet and Bill, David and Julie, Linda and Vic.

A service for Brian was celebrated at The Napier Sailing Club, 36 West Quay, Ahuriri, on Friday 17 April 2015 at 11am.

My condolences to Denny , Andrew, Simon and the families. I worked at Devine & Houston in the 80's with Brian, Andrew, Simon and Bob Houston. An enjoyable part of my life with lots of good times. (getting teased about my girls often in touch at the office!)

Dear Denny and family,
I am so sorry to hear your sad news.
I have many memories of Devine and Houston days, and will always always be greatly appreciative for all the knowledge passed on to us by Brian. He was a leader in the industry in those times.
