Passed away peacefully at Atawhai on January 17, 2015 surrounded by her loving family.  Aged 83 years.

Much loved daughter and sister of Stuart, Ada, and Marie (all deceased).  Cherished, loving wife of Ron, beloved mother and mother-in-law of Louise and Nick, Stuart, Joanne and Ricky, Elaine and Duncan.  Dearly loved Nan of Alison and Ross, Jonathan and Catherine (UK), Katherine and Chris, Rachel, Brendan, Russell, Hana, and Ami.  Great grandmother of Shae and Kaitlyn.  Dearly loved by all her cousins. 

“Loved and admired by all who knew her.  Rest in Peace you beautiful soul.”

Special thanks to the wonderful staff at Atawhai for their care and understanding throughout.

A service for Barbara was held at St Andrews Hall, Atawhai Elder Care Centre, 421 Gloucester Street, Taradale, on Tuesday, January 20 at 10:30am.
