To the Butler family I would like to pass on my condolences at this time. Dennis was a marvellous and very skilled man who I first met in 1962 when I was setting up a new practice in Napier. I needed some one to install the equipment and when I could not find any one with that experience I approached Dennis at Bissell's who willingly took up the challenge. From that start he looked after me until I retired, never panicked and always had an answer no matter what the problem was. Later in life when his health was not as good he still helped or found some one who could fill in. He was a friend and good company and the picture heading this site is as I remember him in those times , a glass of whisky in his hand.
I will never forget Dennis Butler.
